Worst banking app in the industry.

Very unattractive look, no clean ui. Unnecessary complications on the menu. This type of app is an embarrassment for the app store and iPhone. Poorly made, should be taken down asap.

Too many bugs

Doesn’t let me change the temporary password. No matter the length of the new password, only getting a pop up saying minimum 8 characters.

Can’t Add Visa Debit card

Please NBL Community, add a option for adding Debit or Visa Card. Where customers can stop online transactions or turn that on. Would be very useful and safer way of using NBL Cards. Thanks 🙏🏼

One Of Backdated Bank

I don’t understand there service at all . Experienced Very poor service from NBL . Look like they are back dated. When I went to open account I experience bad behaviour from one of Acount opinion desk. Then I heard that they don’t have debit or Visa card. I tried to open app that is also not working. ( now I’m helpless in this lockdown situation)

not working properly

I tried to register on the app, however the section of “select security question” actually does not show me anything at all, thus i am not able to complete the registration. any reason for this issue?
