This app does not work well.
One of the first and biggest bank in nepal and their mobile banking is really poor. Transaction and phone pay always says error. Phone pay is totally untrustworthy. Even it said failed transaction the vendor received the money 4 times as I tried 4 times to complete the transaction. It was nice for them to notify me that they received payment 4 times. Did try doing bank transfer but it only succeeded once and next transaction bounced back to my account after 2 days. Don’t know whom they are hiring as their developer but they need pull on their shocks and stop mocking around during work time. Please update and fix bug issues. One of the best mobile banking app is global ime may be take that as the reference.
