Opening a new bank account
The application is not working properly, and I’m unable to open a new bank account. I have tried several times, but the process does not go through. I also tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but the issue still persists.
Unable to Scan ID
It says Scan front side of Oman Card even though its front side.

Wrost App and Bank
Request you to update your app without any bugs. This is the worst banking app I have ever seen in my life. Not customer friendly. I had issues with transactions, payments, balance etc. Everything is wrong. I feel like I am in 2015 when I use it.

Its a great app overall but they could add some features that will make it easy for the users, for example you could just use a pin for bank transfers rather than send a code to sms which make is hard for people who travels outside Oman.
And you could also add spaces in the app for people who would like to use the same account as saving account and separate money between the savings and other money, thanks.

I can’t even enter to activate my card 🙄 and they don’t even have online banking to use instead of the app as it doesn’t work.
