Worse banking apl
What could be more frustrating than this app? Out of 7 days it remain on upgrade for 6 days and 23 hours. Hardly for one hour in a week we can use this app . Multiple reminder s call to call centres , no one is having any idea about it
OTP neither be fetched automatically nor be entered manually
cant login due to OTP sceen malfunction at forget password screen

Login problem from desktop
Login from laptop is not working. When an account is accessible from mobiles, the same credentials should work for login through desktop as well.

Biometric verification feature
Bio metric verification should be added . I am in Canada and my account has been blocked since 2023. I can’t come just to activate my account.

Not letting me update the app.
I opened the NBP app and it’s open a pop up to update upon clicking update it is taking to App Store and giving another pop up message Sorry Can’t Install, update later.. I proper closes everything and then go directly to NBP app in App Store.. but still it’s giving that it can’t install the update..
