For an organization that generates billions of dollars annually you would think they would have an application that would work. This app consistently freezes will not load and other frustrating issues.

This app doesn’t work properly, I have trouble every time I use this app. The app takes long for it to connect, it only lets me do one activity and then freezes and I can’t do another one for a reward. Also, after I do activity , I can’t sign off, this has been going on now for three months now. I asked a few people in the Charlotte area and they have the same problem. This issue needs to be resolved and fixed, because I as well as others are not getting the benefit of this app.

It has a ridiculous amt of bugs. Signing in every single time is annoying. Sometimes it just doesn’t let me log in. It just sits there. Why cant they use sign in strategies similar to other apps? Get with the times. I also hate the flow. Having to find things like past draws and results is like finding a needle in a haystack. Its all buried under unintuitive menus like “game history”. What does that mean? I wish they would listen to users because i know there are good suggestions.
