New update crashes instantly. …Three days later it’s still crashing so it’s not fixed yet. Reporting back…it’s still crashing. Still crashing. 3 more days and still crashing. 6/19 this is still crashing. One week later checked again, still crashing.one moth later-still crashing.
New app
The new app sucks. It doesn’t recognize my phone anymore because I don’t have a North Carolina area code. Can’t play electronic games no more.
App needs considerable improvement
You cant find promotions at all even though you can find them on the website, there is no customization for what you want to see when opening up the app.
Bad app
This app has a bunch of issues. It logs you out after 3 minutes of non-use. The app designer has no idea about keeping people here. You should get a different designer. And it NEVER hits for a win. I’ve spent over $5000 and have never hit anything. I no longer use the digital games. It’s not worth it as you will NEVER hit for anything over $30.

Horrible Performance
Constantly logging me out for my “security” even though I just want to scan tickets. Whether they scan or not is hit or miss. Super slow loading. Rewards games always crash and I have to reload the app in order for things to start working again. App has been bad for years, you’d think they’d address some of the clear performance issues.

App glitches a lot and the lucke rewards is an absolute waste of time and I’m almost certain they don’t pick a real winner. Most of the time it doesn’t show who the “winners” are after the drawing. Shady to say the least

App Issues
I like the new layout of the updated app. However, it constantly hangs up and just stops working. I can’t move anywhere or sign out. It eventually just closes itself and signs me out. Could someone look into that? I don’t use it as much as I used to simply because of this issue.
