NCC Always App ব্যবহার করে আমি হতাশ। ক্রেডিট কার্ড ব্যবহারকারীদের জন্য অ্যাপটিতে প্রয়োজনীয় অনেক ফিচারের অভাব রয়েছে। এমনকি ক্রেডিট কার্ড থেকে মোবাইল রিচার্জ করার সুবিধাও নেই, যা বর্তমানে একটি মৌলিক সুবিধা হিসেবে বিবেচিত হয়।
এছাড়া অ্যাপটি প্রায়ই খুব ধীরগতিতে লোড হয়। অনেক সময় লগইন করার পর বা বিভিন্ন মেনুতে প্রবেশ করলে কোনো তথ্যই প্রদর্শিত হয় না, শুধু খালি স্ক্রিন দেখা যায় বা ডাটা লোড হতে ব্যর্থ হয়। এই ধরনের সমস্যা ব্যবহারকারীদের জন্য অত্যন্ত বিরক্তিকর এবং অ্যাপটির নির্ভরযোগ্যতা নিয়ে প্রশ্ন তৈরি করে।

Outside Bangladesh does not work properly
To developers, the app does not work outside Bangladesh properly as takes long time to go to login page and than doesn’t login as says always timeout. Pls fix properly.

Great to see and witness how this app evolved from being full of glitch with slow transition to one of the best internet banking apps in bangladesh. Thanks to NCC bank for prioritizing internet banking where banks of our country are far behind.

Slow and overseas use is not possible as it timeout every time and the bank is very ignorant about it. Giving feedback but not improving at all.

Its really Bad
Never seen a banking app which can’t even scan my Nid properly. Trying this for hours. Even the call centre told me to uninstall the app and install it again. Like its so much time consuming. Couldn’t login yet. Poor
Facing problem to open app
Trouble to open app. When I am going to open it, always shown VPN connected. After update the latest version this issue arise. How to solve it?
