No Dashboard
No Dashboard on Mobil app like on website. No pending transactions like on website l.
Pretty good but…
I keep having to sign into my account even though I have Face ID set up… if I hard close the app it doesn’t open with Face ID and I have to re-enter my account info and re-authenticate to log in. Still very good at managing my accounts, just a small inconvenience overall.

I have no problems figuring out how to do all my transactions! I do All my banking through this app, and truly appreciate the speed and ease!

Money transfer
During the money transfer option, when I want to type a description for what I’m doing, the keyboard pops up and covers what I’m trying to type. If a mistake is made, I have no way of knowing until I clear out of the keyboard. And then you have to move the cursor, and then the keyboard pops back up and you can’t see what you’re racing. It’s just a little cumbersome. I think of a couple sentences at the top were removed like telling me I’m in the transfer option. I really don’t need to know that because I already know what I’m doing.thanks for your consideration.

How to write the cents on the deposit
Horrible , why it doesn’t give the option of take pict manually first? Oh well , took forever to deposit 2 checks I couldn’t include the cents , there is no dot to add the cents , horrible app

How well do I like the App
Well at first I used the app it was good the way it displayed all my accounts I liked that but when I went to transfer between accounts it was very difficult to select an to transfer from because the accounts are hard to select they roll up and down and are hard to pick the account you want I think the way t do this easy is to put the in a column flat out that and not have them roll

Overdraft charges
Stop paying bills from my account when there is not enough money. Then you charge me $35 each time. Please STOP. I made a mistake and NCFCU keeps making it worse. STOP with the extra charges. Ccchhhh38

Worst app ever
This app is trash. It logs me out ALL THE TIME and then my password doesn’t seem to work so I have to reset it all the freaking time.

I’ve had this app since I started banking. It’s great majority of the time, say; 95/100. Sometimes Face ID doesn't work, though I’m sure it’s an easy fix.

Outdated, low-tech, just bad
Whoever created this app clearly has never used any banking app before and has zero interest in making anything easy and convenient for customers. Such a hassle. Even the big banks who don’t care about customers make apps that are much easier to use. I dread having to use this app.

Great Financial Institution
We’ve had an account with NCFCU going back to 1992. We’ve gotten numerous loans over the years and have always felt a personal touch as if they are there to take care of OUR needs. Their banking app is very helpful and I love the remote deposit feature. We wouldn’t dream of using a different institution at this point. Would defiantly recommend. Keep up the good work.
