A decent app to get up to date bus time information. A couple of UI tweaks would improve things
Small improvements that I think would make a big difference:
I would like the ability to rearrange the order of my favourites into a more sensible and usable order for me as things change and not be forced to have them only in the order added.
I would like a setting to be able to display both the specific time of day the bus is expected at a stop as well as the app showing the number of minutes until the next bus will arrive at a stop. This would be useful when trying to make a journey that doesn’t just involve NCTX buses.

Best bus service ive been on drivers are so polite and friendly
Horrendously Slow
Great for showing when the bus is but never works. If connection is even slightly slow bus stops refuse to load while others do.
Keeps logging me out
I’ve paid for a lengthy bus pass, over the last week I use the pass then get logged out. Yesterday it locked me out for 8 hours leaving me stranded at work and having to PAY for another ticket when I already had an active pass!!!

They get to places on time, the air con when it’s cold is very good, the WiFi is good and then the charging points are good as well

Logged me out of my account and banned me when I was logging back in

Horrible customer service
The app it’s self is great but the drivers are incompetent and completely unbearable I had arrived at the bus stop while the bus is stop yet the driver closed the door as soon as I had arrived just to stay stationary for another 3 minutes refusing to let me on. Such arrogance and stubbornness for a bus driver is completely bewildered, for a company that prioritises customer satisfaction. I’m absolutely fuming.

It’s mostly on time but it was really late for the past days it was 12 minutes late everyday
Amazingly helpful and useful app
I live in Nottingham and this app is tremendously useful! It has a great user interface and user experience and really helps with transport via the bus in the city
