Forgot Password Option
Please enhance the app by adding more options for password forgot (Eg - Email OTP). The current method isn’t always possible, especially when users don’t have their card and PIN, which can be challenging for overseas users.

Tries to install the app multiple times on my iPhone 14 and it doesn't open.
One of the best
The experience I had using this app was very pleasant but recently I had an issue with face ID option is not available through the app, it’s grayed out. I can use my face ID with other bank apps but it isn’t working with this app. Except that this app is exceptionally good.
Can’t go beyond Terms and Conditions
Got the prompt to reset password on first login. Then when entering the new password along with the username, I get the Terms and Conditions page with a button to Accept. When I tap Accept, I get a “Oops something went wrong” error message and can’t go beyond that point.
App is not booting
The app is stocked while booting. Please fix this up. I’m totally rely on this while performing transactions overseas.
Proper testing required
Thanks for the quick UI fixes. Your last version made the biometrics login button unreachable on an iPhone 12 which meant login was difficult. I can see you’ve corrected that but pls test these releases across all iPhone resolutions when changing the UI’s of the app. The app is generally good but it’s super frustrating when releases cause live issues. I do appreciate you fixed it quickly though.

So many Bugs
Specially credit card account is rubbish on this app, most of the time not to displaying values
App is not working in IPhone ?
This app was perfect until the new update came along, now I’m keep getting a message saying “something wrong with your device” tried uninstalling the app and adding back and still doesn’t work. How to fix this issue?

What happened to the old app ??? It worked well enough ........
Not loading properly
It wasn't very responsive at first but i managed to logged in properly later on and used for few transactions. Wish the UI was cleaner. But functionally 4.5 stars now, good app
