Not an application but an Interface plagued with Glitches
It almost seems intentional that the app barely functions and is filled with glitches. For a corporation that projects such a strong image, the inability to maintain a simple and reliable platform, especially one meant for handling user complaints, says a great deal about the reality on the ground.
App is completely broken
Does not work at all. Basic garbage burning is also not reportable.

Not working properly and when click on submit complaint error showing always.
Bad experience
The deliver boy don’t follow instructions given by the customer n even Country Delight customer care is not as efficient as they should be. Ask for refund for 2 days but refunded for only one day and after that keep following up with them. Very inconvenient

It’s just a ‘khana-purti’ by NDMC. Pathetic app. I can’t even register. While typing the text is not visible.
Does not work
The app simply does not work. All text input is in white colour and background is also white so one cannot see what is being entered. If you are able to sign-up blindly, then the app hangs on update details page
Worst Application and Service.
"I'm extremely disappointed with the NDMC 311 app and there services with duty . It's supposed to make life easier for citizens, but it's been a complete waste of time. The app is slow, clunky, and rarely responds to complaints. I've lodged multiple complaints, but none have been resolved.
The user interface is outdated, and navigation is a nightmare. Even after multiple attempts, I couldn't get the app to work properly. It's clear that the developers didn't test it thoroughly.
The worst part? No follow-up or updates on the status of complaints. It's like my issues don't matter. I've lost all faith in this app and would advise others to avoid it.

Whatever text I type in is not visible. The menu also won’t open. Cannot do anything at all with the app

Ridiculous app and services
This app is as waste as their current waste management team. From last few years their services has become disaster. Have been trying to raise concern in regards to garbage vehicle not coming on daily basis. Just realised that how free services should looks like to a common people. If you don’t have funds to run the show then please privatise it

Worst app
You can’t even update complaint just useless app even helpline no don’t work … making fool of citizens
Able to register complain.
A lot of features don’t work in the app but I was able to create a mon hole cover complaint. I would like to thank NDMC team for fixing the manhole cover the very next day as per my request from the app.
