Not an application but an Interface plagued with Glitches
It almost seems intentional that the app barely functions and is filled with glitches. For a corporation that projects such a strong image, the inability to maintain a simple and reliable platform, especially one meant for handling user complaints, says a great deal about the reality on the ground.
App is completely broken
Does not work at all. Basic garbage burning is also not reportable.
Not working
Not working properly and when click on submit complaint error showing always.
Bad experience
The deliver boy don’t follow instructions given by the customer n even Country Delight customer care is not as efficient as they should be. Ask for refund for 2 days but refunded for only one day and after that keep following up with them. Very inconvenient
