Uygulamaya giriş yapılmıyor. Yeni hesap açtım yine giriş yapamıyorum. Yükleme ekranıyla takılı kalıyor.
うまく動作しない...。
他の人も書いてますが、マップが連動しない事が増えた。それと急にリモコンモードが作動しなくなった。掃除ロボットは気に入ってるけど、アプリがしょぼいのがとても残念。。。

L’installation de l’application se fait sans problème. En revanche la déclaration d’un nouvel appareil et son paramétrage peut paraître obscure avec des traductions approximatives, voire trompeuses

Extremely Disappointing
I have had an incredibly frustrating experience with the Neabot vacuum and its app, which is the only way to control and schedule it. Unfortunately, the app does not work, rendering the vacuum practically useless.
This is not the first time I have encountered issues with products from this Chinese company. Customer service is abysmal, almost non-existent. Trying to reach out to them has been a waste of time, as I receive no responses to my inquiries.
The quality of the product is utterly lacking. It is unacceptable that such devices are allowed to be sold in North America, where quality standards should be higher. I can't even log into the app to attempt to control the vacuum. This is an abuse and a disrespect towards consumers.
I strongly recommend that everyone avoid purchasing products from Neabot. The frustration and poor customer service are simply not worth it.

Laufend loggt sich die App selbst aus und die Geräte müssen neu hinzugefügt werden

他の人も言ってるがアプリの性能がダメすぎる
①マップが機能しない
→掃除機的にはマップで動いてるのかもしれないけど、アプリのマップと掃除機の動きが全く連動していない。
②すぐにログアウトになる
→掃除機という特性上、家族で複数の人がログインできるようしているのは良い。しかし、すぐにログインパスワードとIDを要求されるのは使い勝手悪すぎる。掃除機程度でいちいちパスワード要求してくんな！
うちの場合は赤ちゃんがいるから自動設定ではなく、毎回アプリから操作して動かしているからこその問題なのかもしれないが。
とりあえず安物は安いなりの性能。ついでに言うと専用ゴミパックとかもやめて欲しいよね。買うのが手間だし高い。

Yani hata mı ettik ilk Tr piyasasına girdiğinizde vaadettiğiniz servis ağı, ürünün arkasında durma, parça desteği falan gibi sözlerinize inanarak. daha bir uygulamayı düzggün yapamamışsınız ki. Beni hatırla tuşunu eklemek bu kadar mı zor. Her sefernde mail şifre giriyoruz

ある日から急にマップが更新されず使えません、、、リセット、アプリの再インストールなどを試しても同様です。
Re login every time
I always need to log in new after a few weeks and the user name can not be saved. Face ID is also not working.

Disappointed
I’m glad I didn’t spend money on this. It was a gift & I was pretty excited about it. But, Every time I open the app to control the vacuum, it says it’s not online. I have connected it too many times. I also am not impressed with the vacuum itself. It leaves a lot of stuff behind like it’s suction is very minimal.
