Don’t bother
This is the worst app - it works randomly and now it keeps
Asking for my mobile number then says somethings went wrong. I deleted the app and reinstalled and allowed my number but never sent the security code. I give up.

Taxis are great the app is awful
The app rarely opens, when it does it crashes, having to phone to book has taken the taxi firm back over a decade. Shame because they are an excellent & reliable taxi firm.
Useless app
The app has stopped working for me, absolute nightmare to sign in and then the booked trips don’t actually appear.

Not reliable
Having just downloaded the new app and added my name and address, I then tried to book a taxi to the airport. First the app moved my address 3 doors down the street and then it changed the time I want the taxi to an hour later - not much help to get me to the airport in time for an early morning flight and I’m fairly certain my neighbours don’t want to be woken by a taxi in the small hours! Useless! I’ll have to ring up and speak to a real person.

Great service. Rubbish app!!
The app never works as it should. I always have to close it down and reopen it several times before I can access the section I need.
The taxi service itself is always very good and drivers are spot on.
