Inaccurate description of additional fees
The description of additional fees (£0.30) as ‘waiting times, tolls, extras’ does not accurately reflect that this fee is taken by ‘nearby’ the app on each journey, it does not go to the driver.

Best reliable friendly drivers mated to the very best app in any city I’ve ever experienced!
Absolutely hopeless
The old NODA App worked fine - why did they change it? Either this latest version is not as good, or the drivers don't know how to use it.
I ordered a taxi for 9.10pm this evening and the driver turned up 10 minutes too early and didn't seem to have a clue about the time it had been booked for.
Fir the return journey at 10.45pm, the driver couldn't find the pick-up location. The App told me he's "Arrived", but when I rang the driver, he was two miles away in completely the wrong place.
I had to give directions the whole way home (the number of drivers who can't follow a SatNav is ridiculous!) and at one point when I said turn left at these light, he turned right!
Hopeless.

Registration doesn't work
Have to register to use it but SMS with activation code doesn't arrive so unable to use it.
