Very unhappy
I bought them to do many things with them. one I can’t activate the headphones my screen doesn’t work just problems all the way around a disappointing.

Bruh. Obviously the app is useless, but at least the headphones themselves are also trash. Garbage. Basuda. The earbud like hovers outside your ear.
Smart glasses
I bought the smart glasses from the TikTok shop and they suggested this app it doesn’t work. It keeps giving me an error to not hook up to these glasses. Nothing works other than the speakers in the glasses with my Bluetooth. That’s all that works.

I have had these earbuds for a while, like over a year. At first it took a minute to understand the instructions but, it got figured out nonetheless. I love these earbuds, I’m hooked o them.

I purchased these earbuds as it said it was real time translation. I just started a new job where we will have lots of international travelers. I was hoping to be able to communicate more freely with them. I could accept the lag time for the translation, but the higher priced subscription only offers 480 minutes a year of recording. That’s 40 minutes a month. Since the app does not actually translate in real time and you have to record for it to translate every sentence is going to burn up your time, 40 minutes a month when you’re trying to communicate is going to go quick.

Worked well for 5 days Now Repeating Unusable
App and earbuds worked well for 5 days. Then I bought a 3 month upgrade. Now app repeating same line of dialogues translations 10-12 times and more.Starts translation without Any Sound,I am alone and remote so there's just silence.Weird,unless this app also detects Spirit whispering. Sent email. Hope app can be useful again. Disappointed...

I bought the headphones and went to set it up in the app. Barely 5 minutes in the entire app changed its language to Chinese and no way to change it back to English. Phone is set to English, app in settings is set to English, location in app is set to NA but when I go into language settings in the app it only has 2 options…which are traditional Cantonese and Cantonese. So I can’t even use the translation feature because I don’t know what anything says.

I’m giving this app 2 stars because when we first started using it, it worked amazingly! However after a few months the quality dwindled. The app no longer performs well. My partner would use the headphones and app to watch tv when Spanish CC was not available. He can no longer do that because the app resets itself every 10 to 20 minutes. Super inconvenient now. We would sit the phone on the table and just talk and now that is no longer possible. I wanted to love this but it’s useless for translation now.
