I love my bank they is very good and helpful. I don’t have no problems with them at all. The only thing I can say is when you getting a loan don’t do it by yourself at all. Because they will get you anything else they is a good bank. I love my bank and I am happy to be with them I being with them for years and I got my first loan with them and they very understanding people.

However, every time you leave the app and go back to it, the transaction ledger jumps back to the top. This makes it incredibly frustrating when trying to budget, as you have to try and find where you left off. The old version did not do this. Please fix!!]

Neches is always available. I switched from a bigger bank around 10 years ago and I have not regretted. Very professional service very committed to their members.
Complicated
Make this app easier! Its very difficult to pay your bill from another institution. I don't want to pay through Zelle, I want to use an external account. I've linked my other bank but Neches still doesn't recognize it. Too complicated!

For a month I get an error ‘unable to load information. ‘. I have the latest version of Apple iOS I have delete the app and reinstall. Still doesn’t load my account
