App crashes. Checkout page most times dosnt load. Have tried from 4 friends phones .
Many times had to buy elsewhere because of the issues.

Great service! Just some pointers
This app has a pretty good range and the deliveries are prompt, people friendly! Deliveries are accurate now. They weren’t at the start so I made a complaint and now they are more diligent.
I have a request for you to stock less premium options, e.g. $3 Smitten cat biscuits instead of a $15 Whiskas bag.
Also looking forward to more variety.
I was super excited when I saw the app was supermarket prices and free delivery, which is great! But.. I have seen the price creep up on some items, which doesn’t stick to the original value touted by the app.
Please don’t become another ultra-premium delivery service, people will notice!! You will lose the original point of the app, and probably lose customers.
For example, a Nudie Orange Juice is already $8, that’s the max I wanna pay for orange juice, but recently you changed it to $9 in the app. I don’t mind because there’s no delivery fee, but if you started doing this for many things I would be deterred and go to the shops.
If I were you, I’d focus on expanding the range and you’d get a much bigger client base that way.
