Frustrating App
I cannot log in, the system knows my email address, I clicked on forgot password multiple times but an email never arrives. I don’t have a junk folder so don’t say to check this folder. Please help me.
Simply doesn’t work
App and connectivity is always patchy. My network says it’s connected but the app won’t work. This happens constantly . If I had not inherited the heating / cooling system and it was not expensive to replace I’d rip all the hardware out and start again. System is a total white elephant, the app and its patchy connectivity the icing on the cake

All i ever see is the word DISCONNECTED!! Fix this goddam app!
This app is extremely unreliable and needs significant improvement
Like many of the other reviews here - It frequently displays messages such as “system offline” or gets stuck on “connecting” before failing and promoting me to retry, but it still won’t connect. I’ve tried logging out and back in, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the issue persists. It’s very frustrating to use and clearly needs more development and testing to improve its reliability.

Never connects
Terribly inconsistent
Does not connect 9/10 times. Can’t manage and edit schedules on the application. The connection issue is so frustrating, only on my device as well, the rest of my familys works but this seems to be a common issue among reviewers.
Inconsistent and Buggy
I have had my new “you Beaut” Actron system for 2-3 years now. Have had so many problems with this system and this App continues to be buggy and very unreliable/flaky to connect to. The system is supposed to be able to manage individual zone temperatures but this remains problematic with the system transitioning from quiet to “Gale force winds” without warning. The automatic fan speed control is laughable. Actron have been promising for over / years now to redevelop the system’s “User Interface” taking on board customer recommendations but have done zip. If I had my time over again, there’s no way I would have chosen Actron.

Never connects
Terrible app can’t ever connect to the unit. Forever says it’s offline.
Doesn’t work!
Have tried numerous times to create an account but email confirmation message never arrives!!! Not in Spam or any other folder. Absolute frustration !!!!
Never works so annoying
This has to be the worst app. It never works and it always “offline” even when everything is showing online. It’s very frustrating.
Unreliable
Two weeks ago suddenly only about 5 percent of the app changes go through. Totally unreliable after having been just fine for a while. No amount of reinstalling or repairing helps

App has horrible connection, have had trouble connecting app to unit since we got it year ago and it’s much worse now. Basically can never connect using the app, this is a joke guys.. stop investing so much in advertising and invest in your product
Never Able To Use The App
I downloaded the app because my house is two stories and while I’m upstairs it’s nice to not have to go downstairs all the time to turn it on, BUT IT NEVER EVER CONNECTS … LIKE EVER, I’ve deleted and redownloaded I’ve updated at this point is there another app I can use for my air con now because I’m sick of all this

Was alright for 2 yrs…
We’ve had the system for 2 yrs. Things were ok. Occasional connectivity problems but they seemed to work themselves out until the past couple of weeks when we’re trying to use the ac as winter approaches. The app says all the things :
-the system is off line. It’s not.
-You can connect briefly then if all goes greyed out and you have no chance in hell reconnecting and get told the system is offline again. Wait a few days and you can get back on.
It was pretty good for a bit. Can you please sort this out!? The update that included zoning control was good.
Just make the damn thing more stable!!!
So I just wrote this and then the phone updates the app. Let’s see if there’s any improvement

Rewrite it use AI pls
Every time open the app, it took ages to connect the device, doesn’t matter at home with wifi or anywhere else using mobile network. Just get a competent developer + Claude, you should get a much better app. Can’t believe it’s still this bad after 3 years. I would never choose this Aircon again (well the builder McDonald Jones didn’t have other options)

Absolute rubbish and a waste of money
This app is completely useless. It consistently says our unit is offline when it is not. We paid thousands for this product specifically for the remote control feature and it doesn’t work. We will be contacting the installer to have it replaced with a different system.

Connection issues
Worked okay for a day , now when I open the app it sits in “CONNECTING” forever I tried resetting the wall controller back to factory setting re set it up , reset wifi router . NOTHING WORKS!!! Please update !!

Pathetic
Was not too bad before the latest “update”, but now never connects. Have tried every trick in the book. Don’t ever assume you’ll be able to rely on this and connect remotely.
Doesn’t connect
90% of the time the app doesn’t connect to the controller. So frustrating.
