Never works so annoying
This has to be the worst app. It never works and it always “offline” even when everything is showing online. It’s very frustrating.
Unreliable
Two weeks ago suddenly only about 5 percent of the app changes go through. Totally unreliable after having been just fine for a while. No amount of reinstalling or repairing helps
Terrible
App has horrible connection, have had trouble connecting app to unit since we got it year ago and it’s much worse now. Basically can never connect using the app, this is a joke guys.. stop investing so much in advertising and invest in your product
Never Able To Use The App
I downloaded the app because my house is two stories and while I’m upstairs it’s nice to not have to go downstairs all the time to turn it on, BUT IT NEVER EVER CONNECTS … LIKE EVER, I’ve deleted and redownloaded I’ve updated at this point is there another app I can use for my air con now because I’m sick of all this

Was alright for 2 yrs…
We’ve had the system for 2 yrs. Things were ok. Occasional connectivity problems but they seemed to work themselves out until the past couple of weeks when we’re trying to use the ac as winter approaches. The app says all the things :
-the system is off line. It’s not.
-You can connect briefly then if all goes greyed out and you have no chance in hell reconnecting and get told the system is offline again. Wait a few days and you can get back on.
It was pretty good for a bit. Can you please sort this out!? The update that included zoning control was good.
Just make the damn thing more stable!!!
So I just wrote this and then the phone updates the app. Let’s see if there’s any improvement

Rewrite it use AI pls
Every time open the app, it took ages to connect the device, doesn’t matter at home with wifi or anywhere else using mobile network. Just get a competent developer + Claude, you should get a much better app. Can’t believe it’s still this bad after 3 years. I would never choose this Aircon again (well the builder McDonald Jones didn’t have other options)

Absolute rubbish and a waste of money
This app is completely useless. It consistently says our unit is offline when it is not. We paid thousands for this product specifically for the remote control feature and it doesn’t work. We will be contacting the installer to have it replaced with a different system.

Connection issues
Worked okay for a day , now when I open the app it sits in “CONNECTING” forever I tried resetting the wall controller back to factory setting re set it up , reset wifi router . NOTHING WORKS!!! Please update !!

Pathetic
Was not too bad before the latest “update”, but now never connects. Have tried every trick in the book. Don’t ever assume you’ll be able to rely on this and connect remotely.
Doesn’t connect
90% of the time the app doesn’t connect to the controller. So frustrating.

App won’t connect since recent updates.
App still sucks
Stuck on the connecting screen for my phone, yet it works on my partners phone. And if it works on my phone it won’t work on my partners. I’ve deleted, reinstalled, reset my phone, used mobile data, turned off Bluetooth, turned aeroplane mode on and off. Might wanna hire more competent people in your software department

Keeps crashing. Can’t even connect my phone to the system. Slow response rate. What’s the point of an app? If it doesn’t even work…?
Pathetic useless App
We paid for the premium Action Neo touch wall unit on the basis that we needed to have remote control of the air con via the Neo Connect App. Too bad it is the most pathetic useless app I’ve ever encountered. Quite literally a flip of the coin as to whether it’ll work, and most times it doesn’t. I wish I could have my time again to go with any other air con brand other than Actron. Absolute POS!

80% of time this app doesn’t respond. Not very handy. Always need to manually operate the system
Unreliable - a Junk App
Every time I go to use this App, it freezes and won’t go in - have to kill the App then restart it. Also Actron have been banging on for over 2 years now that they were going to upgrade their (even worse) Home Panel UI by taking in customer feedback - still waiting …….

We are mice
A while ago I read about an experiment where mice complete tasks for rewards, but are rarely rewarded. On the surprise occasion they do receive a reward, the rush is compared to the feeling of doing cocaine.

The app is buggy. It frequently fails to have any effect on the A/C. It routinely reverses your settings that you set just seconds ago. It’s more like a random number generator than a remote.
Avoid if you can. Commiserations if you can’t.
Update: OMG guys WHAT DID DO? How could you make it WORSE?! Who thought that was a good idea? Now the app fails to connect to the system for minutes on end. You are BAD at this and you should feel bad.
