App Issues
App is blank when opening. Constantly having to re-pair it and reprogram after deleting and redownloading is exhausting. I am on IOS IPhone 14.

Great app, great tech support. Had a Bluetooth controller fail after 2yrs causing a schedule adherence issue on one blind, and Khalil Ladhari from this company was amazing in support - helped me diagnose the issue quickly and sent me a replacement controller free of charge getting my blinds up and running again in just a few days. Works Great
Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. A nice simple interface that allows you to set a schedule and adjust the blinds.
Great App.
This app. works great. Way easier than the wands that come with my blinds. More control over favourite positions, upper and lower limits and it also shows battery life. Great so far.
Neo Smart Blue - Great Product & Great Support
I recently purchased blinds with the Neo Smart Bluetooth controller. The app is extremely easy to setup and use. I also had a curiosity question for their tech support department and they responded within 6 hours. VERY IMPRESSIVE!!
App won’t open
It was great until recently. The app won’t stay open. We’ve tried it on multiple devices and 2 iOS versions. Make sure you have a remote for your blinds!

Lately the app crashes and does not open.
App crashes since recent update
Loved this above before the most recent update. Now no longer able to open blinds using the app or adjust the schedule my automatic blinds open or close. Unfortunately I can only give a 1 star rating until solution is able to be fixed (previously had rated it 5 stars)

After the last update the app just crashes when I open it.
Works well till App doesn’t open anymore
Well made App, using it for my blinds and they are on a schedule (very convenient because you can have 4 schedules on the same day and you choose at how many % you want them open, when you want them to be fully closed, etc). Since around April 15th 2022, the App is not openning anymore… I hope this bug will be fixed shortly.

After April 4 update. I can't open the app anymore. Is keep loading on my phone and couldn't open the blind page. But before last update the app was working and I loved it.
