Faulty clunky unresponsive

Probably the least inspired and faulty application, keeps on crashing and reporting errors and redirecting you to call a non responsive call center. Couldn’t complete three simple operations (transfer, liquidate deposit and closing savings account) without three subsequent call center calls followed by three visits into a physical location.
