Disable that annoying intro on app start
The app start with annoying sound intro, and what kind of UI is this? Looks like some fifth grade developed the app!

Do not buy, I’ve spent 10k on small sign everything wasn’t aligned not even single line, after contacting customer support they told because floro thickness and sign isn’t worth at 10k, I would strongly recommend to get it done near you at just 2-3 k max with actuality superior quality

There’s unwanted music everytime you open the app, no way to disable it.
No Alexa/Google home integration.
It doesn’t remember the mode or previous settings, everytime it’s turned on have to set it again.

Pathetic App both iOS and Android
Pathetic app. Nothing visible. Android app not even able to show the led. iOS app connects but can’t see any functionality. Looting extra money in the name of wireless connectivity. Running ads in the name of Shark Tank appearance and delivering a substandard product.

Be careful while placing order with this website
I am yet to receive the product ii ordered on 30th Nov 24. Their customer service never picks up phone. On whatsapp there is only one person who answers in either yes or no to your queries.
Only Digital Marketing- Pathetic Quality of Product
Got a significantly lower quote from a local dealer however went with this as the marketing looks very promising however a brand new product was received filled with dust n scratches. Custom service messages that the scratches won’t be visible after switching on and that we can wipe the dust.

Terrible app
Lacks even basic functionality like syncing and controlling more than 1 strip simultaneously.
There's no way to even name each strip individually so you don't even know which ones which. You have to keep trying them all like you're playing the lottery.
The placement of the drop down menu you can scroll through is at the bottom. Which ends up minimizing the app sending it to the background.
Keeps disconnecting from devices and reconnecting can be a painful process.
You need to be close to the controller boxes as it's not wifi and only Bluetooth. Which makes it cumbersome & at times unusable in many situations like when you're hosting a party.
This app would make sense in 2014. Not 2024.

I bought Floro angle wings and I received it faulty
