Denied entry
I took a couple entry (free) in one of the Juhu Mumbai club , they straight up denied the entry through this app , how can we trust u ?
Poor UX
Even the log in feature is a nightmare. Signed up on web with phone, email with OTP without password. Registered for an event. Got an option to download app to manage bookings. There’s only sign-in option with email AND password. Since I didn’t have one during signing up, I used forgot password feature which redirected me now to web! Fine, I did that as well. And now the new password doesn’t work on the app. Please put some thought before developing something.

They booked me for Spam or closed event
I booked a ticket for an event that was suppose to happen on 29 December 2024 but it got canceled & i never received my refund even though they kept saying they with refund me within 3 days to 5 days again i got no refund its been 8 days and they aren’t even responding to me.
Worst experience got scammed
They took booking for a closed and cancelled venue, when I visited the place venue was closed and I sent multiple emails to sortmyscene but no response from them and there is no contact number either, my money is gone and no one to contact, pls be aware and stay away from this platform, go n pay at the venue but never to this app.. pathetic

Location keep getting default to All
There should be an option to set location as every time application is opened location get auto reset to All.
