This app needs to be fixed this is ridiculous you can’t have a banking app that works 50% of the time and the other half it’s “experiencing issues” figure it out this app is garbage

I love NESC

You have the best member service employees of any of the credit unions. I never wait more than 30 seconds to have my call answered, and they are so professional. Thank you for a great experience!!

Everything is broken

Just like their old app but nothing works. When you enable finger ID you can hit the on button but it never requests you to access your finger ID memory from your phone. That means that when you try to use it afterwards, it says you need to enable it despite already doing so. External transfers are another thing that doesn’t work. No matter how many times I try to verify my email (which is correct) I never received the confirmation email. That means that I can’t do external transfers.
