Problem
I have had great success using this app. But today trying to deposit my check the camera is not working. I call my local branch and the 800 # and they see no problem. I need the app as I live in Jacksonville and the closest branch is in Port Orange. Is there a problem in the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail. Thanks for anything you can do.

DO NOT RELY ON THE APP!
Best example.. made a Staples purchase on WEDNESDAY.. delivered THURSDAY.. shows ‘Pending’ on the account app on Friday! What?!?!
The app is not reliable, no time stamps for transactions, the 800# needs works, and the bank itself is looking for money, not us little guys who work/live paycheck to paycheck.

Update... another flaw. Why are the old closed accounts showing up? Why can I not remove or hide them? They are no longer relevant!
I’m sorry to say I’m no longer thrilled with Axiom. And this app, already seeing issues. Trying to look at the accounts, failed and stopped loading. One would think with the app down for five days, it would have been made correct.
And the details of the transactions (the ones i saw before it failed), still does not have the time stamp. I have requested the time stamp over and over. What developer thinks the time stamp for a transaction is not needed?!
Save yourself and move on to another bank.
