I should know how to make great coffee considering I drink it every day. But with my Nespresso machine and their endless choices of great, strong, tasty coffee why would I bother? Their app is easy to use their customer service always on point and incredibly helpful. Keep up the excellent work.

One of the most useless apps I’ve used from constantly having to login every time I open the app to the machine not connecting constantly.
Size of Pod Not Always Clear
I only order the 7.7 oz pods for my Vertuo NESPRESSO machine. However, when searching for pods, it isn’t always clear what size they are. I should be able to search by size, but that doesn’t work.

App doesn’t work
This is one of the worst apps I’ve used - or tried to use. The password that works on the website doesn’t work. Even when I was able to log in previously it was really difficult to use, couldn’t update my recurring order. Very surprising and disappointing, I’d expect Nespresso to have a good app in line with other great products/service. Just updated the app but can’t log in, got an error for the logon and password I just used on the website. Also had issues trying to update my recurring order on the website, wanted to change my coffee selection then got a message that I have to verify the payment method. It seemed to do that, got a verification from the cc company, but then got the error again and couldn’t save the changes. Plus you closed my local shop so harder to get there for help and to drop off capsules for recycling.

Bugs
Only second time to order and once again there are glitches in payment. When I apply a discount code, it changes to exclude free shipping and the order total remains the same. PayPal link says Oops looks like you forgot to install the PayPal app-BS. Will be finding a better way to order pods. The coffee is amazing, the app needs work.

Doesn’t work past basket
The app will not move past the basket when you’re ready to place an order. This is after being ima le to even log in on the website itself through several different browsers. Unacceptable.

Only suggestion: Please create a rewards system! It would be nice to have points earned that we can apply towards future purchases/ incentives.

FIX THE APP
The Nespresso app is always down, always faulty and glitchy, my auto replenish orders don’t process through the app. I love my Nespresso coffee but please make it easier to order!!!

How do I order recycling bags. Just placed an order 10 sleeves. Wanted 2 recycling bags. No place seen to order.

Where/who am I?
App quite often changes my store to the USA even though my account isn’t there and I’ve set the app up to the correct country. Also, the app forgets my account information so I have to keep logging back in OR I log back in, the app says my account doesn’t exist in the “store for that country”, then I have to change my location from the USA, then log back in. Plus the app only connects to my vertuo machine 20% of the time to run maintenance so it’s easier to just manually put the machine into a clean cycle. Other than ordering, this app is ridiculously frustrating.

Won’t accept discount code
Easy to use until the advertised discount code (JOY2026) wouldn’t apply to my large order. I ordered more than the required 8 sleeves and couldn’t get my 2 free. Unsure if glitch in app but there is no way to chat with a customer service rep for help so… leaving review so it can be addressed
