Horrible service I just signed up , first they said Friday and it didn’t show up then Saturday it didn’t show up then Tuesday and now I checked the app and it’s the next Tuesday so you want me to wait two weeks for you to deliver my water , every other company would’ve done that in two days , I need my money back.

Very frustrating, hard to log in, have to search for the same thing every month as does not record your last purchase. Just painful!
Formal Complaint – Misleading Water Offer (760 EGP) & Refusal to Refund
This offer is completely misleading and unacceptable. I was charged 760 EGP under a deal that was not clearly explained, but I only received 2 gallons.
When I realized this and asked to return the gallons and get my money back, the request was refused. This is not transparent or fair business practice.
At this point, I do not want any further communication, coupons, or offers from your company. Take back your gallons if needed, or consider the matter closed, but do NOT contact me again under any circumstances.
I demand that my details and phone number be removed immediately from your system. Any further contact will be considered harassment and I will escalate this complaint to the Consumer Protection Authority.

تم ملاحظة تراجع سريع لمياة المنهل التابعة لشركة نستلة للمياة بعد ان كانت من اقوى شركات المياة في المملكة ! وذالك بعدم الالتزام بالمواعيد والتاخير المتكرر بعذر اعطال فنيه .
وعدم الاهتمام بنظافة وجودة العبوات .
انا عميل قديم مع نستلة من اكثر من ١٨ سنة لم ارى اي تميز للعملاء القدم !

لو في اقل من نجمه أعطيكم من تعاملك السيئ و تاخير في تسليم . نجلس اسبوع نتكلم نتواصل مع موزعين يتأخرون فوق اسبوع و يتم ارسال الموقع فوق ٤ مرات ولا يجوون . المشكله الي صارت في شرقيه ولا وصلوا المويه كمان ما في تعويض على الضرر الي صار لنا فوق دافعين وشارين كابونات و نروح نشتري بفلوسنا عن اي أسلوب تعامل .

No offers, discounts nor deals nothing
I’m using this service about 5 years now, they have not brought any offers, discounts nor deals, nothing really nothing. 5 years as customer, I’m waiting for BeRain water company to get delivery to my address then I’ll move with them it’s unquestionable.
This isn’t rocket science
Poorly put together app - completely user unfriendly - all I want to do is is buy e coupons and this Upselling nonsense is completely offputting - it’s tries to force you to buy other products and will not allow you to buy 10 or 20 simple ecoupons - sorry but this isn’t rocket science

The app always forget my location and u can’t purchase online
What a disappointment
The water is not delivered as per the schedule and there is no option to contact the customer service from this app. Basically this app is designed to sell more water but not to deliver it ! I regret my first order ! It will be probably the first and last one.
