The application as well as website is pathetic. Even after the OTP Verification, it does not move to the next step. And it has been like this for over 1 year, still nothing has been done about it.

Horrible service I just signed up , first they said Friday and it didn’t show up then Saturday it didn’t show up then Tuesday and now I checked the app and it’s the next Tuesday so you want me to wait two weeks for you to deliver my water , every other company would’ve done that in two days , I need my money back.
