Surprised that some thing like this app doesn’t already exist. This is like a digital manual for my house and makes home maintenance actually easy. Stop digging through junk drawers for manuals and random receipts, or having to store a 16 lb. binder of old printed manuals and hand written notes that you can’t even quickly search!
