Nestria: Senior Daily Check-In

A small daily check-in can make staying in touch easier. Nestria helps loved ones give and receive updates on iPhone and Apple Watch. GIVE AND RECEIVE Choose to check in, hear from loved ones, or do both. Invite trusted people through iCloud; each person uses their own Apple Account. Accept an invitation to see that person's check-ins. A CLEAR DAILY ROUTINE • Check in with a tap on iPhone or Apple Watch. • See connected people's daily status and recent check-in history. • Set an expected time and a grace period before a missing check-in reminder. • See when a check-in is saved locally and still waiting to upload. • Manage who can see your check-ins. Check-ins, family views, basic reminders and the Watch complication are free. Optional Nestria Pro adds weekday timing adjustments and a second reminder. SHARING AND NOTIFICATIONS Family sharing requires iCloud and an accepted invitation. Updates need a connection. Notifications depend on device permissions, settings and connectivity; delivery is not guaranteed. A saved check-in does not confirm that another person has read it. Nestria does not track location or vital signs and is not a medical monitoring or emergency service. App interface languages: English, Turkish, German and Japanese. Nestria Pro is an optional subscription, offered monthly or yearly. Eligible new subscribers can start with a free trial — one week on the monthly plan, two weeks on the yearly plan.
