Favorite setting does not control louver
The firmware can control the louver, but the favorites settings does not remember it for some reason. If I have to walk over and set the louver manually then this app looses much of its value.

Buggy and no customer service
This thing constantly disconnects from my thermostat and none of the troubleshooting steps work. They don’t respond to inquiries. Super frustrating experience and I wish there was an alternative
Had to delete, battery life
This app burns through my battery very quickly. Also, it does not allow more than one device (iPhone, iPad) logged in at the same time.
Not syncing
I mostly like this app to control my heat pump system thermostat. But recently I’ve tried to change the scheduling and it would not delete when I selected delete. I went to the physical unit and deleted there just fine; checked the app again and not deleted. I restarted my phone, updated the app, updated the physical unit, deleted and reinstalled the app. Also, it would never connect to my wifi until I had to reset the breaker (for a different reason) and suddenly it connected as I had tried months ago.

This app does not work and the app has no support just a fake website and fake email address
The only app that worked on my KSACN1701AAA wired controller
To the developer, thank you for making this app available. I tried different Carrier apps for the model I mentioned above to use for my Carrier 45MUHA crossover air handler. All 3 Carrier apps do not recognize the QR code to bind the device and the app. It’s a Saturday when the contractor installed the controller so we could not call Carrier. Upon digging I saw this app and wow did it work! Quickly in a matter of seconds this app recognized the QR code and my device and app paired instantly. Thank you so much!!

Frequent Disconnection
This app routinely disconnects from the thermostat and you have to do an entire reset of the thermostat to get it to reconnect. If you’ve left the house for the day, let alone gone on vacation, you could be in serious trouble when you can’t adjust the thermostat when you’re returning home. Unfortunately, and despite significant efforts to resolve the issues both within the app and via customer service, I have not been able to do so. Customer service does not respond despite repeated attempts. I’ve tried through the app and by email. I even tried Mandarin. Zero response in two weeks of trying.

Convenient
Absolutely love this application. Now I can monitor the AC usage in my children room and home while at work or on the road. The fact that it tells the outdoor and current indoor temperature is a plus.

Very convenient to use, what I would like to suggest to include in the app is the selection as well the other features like Ecomode. Currently what you can include in the schedule is the smart curve.

Temperature display offset bug

The app consistently displays room temperature with a 0.5°C offset. Instead of showing 24°C, 25°C, 26°C, it shows 24.5°C, 25.5°C, 26.5°C — always shifted by 0.5°C, never showing whole numbers.
Overall the app works well and the device performs great. This is just a minor display issue that would be nice to fix in a future update.
