Neutrition part is terrible

Terrible app to track nutrition, eggs nowhere to be found in the ingredients library. Need to get with the times and add the option to scan barcodes.

Love the training side though, use it daily!

Great workouts, app needs work

The glitching gets frustrating, especially when it shuts down or when I lose a workout when I switch to music to change a song. It would be nice to be able to change the workout week if I fall behind and only get two workouts in for a couple weeks. Workouts are great, they will keep me here despite the app functionality.

App doesn’t work

Despite having been paying a subscription for months, and having an active subscription, the app won’t load beyond the subscription page and support is non-existent. Have been messaging on all platforms possible for help. When it works it’s good!

It’s good

I joined on the 7 day free trial then signed up to the monthly subscription. I then received a code to try the nutrition so I signed up and it cancelled my monthly subscription & said my subscription will be renewed in a week. I’ve just paid for the month! I’ve reached out a number of times and no one has come back to me.
The app itself is good. Exercises are good & clear. Be great if you could adjust the 45sec rest break and have an exercise alternative. Hopefully someone come back to me soon & the app evolves over time. It’s got potential.

A.M.A.Z.I.N.G

I am loving the Neuform app. I love that it has a rest timer so I don’t procrastinate and if you get out of the app it stops the rest timer so it makes you stay with in the app which is great! I could actually write all day why this has been my favourite app

App has too many bugs

The screens blanks out the important parts. The content is great but the app is letting it down.

Could be better

I’ve followed Channy for years and once she started her new app I left Sweat and gave it a go. A few improvements that could be made:
1 - when you exit app to do something else during a rest period (like send a text or change song) the seconds pause. So you’ll go in and still be on 40 seconds remaining.
2 - I’d like to know what the next exercise is going to be so I can prepare for a machine or equipment.

Programming is good but App is mediocre

I was really excited to try this app when it first launched, but unfortunately, my experience hasn’t been great.

1. App Crashes-If you lock your screen during a workout, the app shuts down and none of your progress is saved. That’s incredibly frustrating, especially mid-session.

2. Exercise Substitution – While the app offers a great variety of exercises to substitute, it doesn’t carry those substitutions over for supersets or trisets. You have to manually update each part of the set, which is time-consuming and clunky.

3. No Option to Track Weights/Reps – This might just be a personal preference, but the hybrid:conditioning program doesn’t allow you to log weights or reps. That’s a shame, since I like tracking my progress and seeing improvements over time.

4. It's a small thing, but the ability to input decimal numbers was missing until recently. Glad it's there now, but it felt like a basic feature that should’ve been available from the start.

5. You can’t move freely through the workout. I’d love the flexibility to jump around or rearrange the order of exercises—especially when the gym is crowded and certain equipment isn't available. Skipping exercises just because of that isn’t ideal.

Love it

This is probably the best fitness app I have used. The video instructions are easy to follow. Plenty of options to swap out exercises if required. Oh and the Playlist is a jam!
Big fan.

Great workouts bad app

I love Chontel’s workouts from another app and so I wanted to check her new app. The workouts are great though the app it’s super super basic, it lacks a lot of features and development. It is definitely not worth the money. Maybe in few years will revisit.

Stitch up

Paid for the app for 8 weeks went back to use it and everything has gone after you stop paying. I feel like you’ve purchased the program you should still be able to use it.

Needs to be fixed

Love the content but the app freezes and I can’t go to the next exercise. Or freezes after the rest on Tabata workouts . Takes a long time to load the program page as well.

So many bugs

Whilst the program is good, the app is terrible. I’ve just renewed and I can’t login. So many times when you are in a workout if you pause for a moment you get thrown out and it doesn’t reset the right place. Shame, the tech is not good.

5 star workout structure - App needs fine tuning

I’ve been using the app for a little over a month. The workout plans are great. 5 stars. However, I’ve noticed you can’t go back to look at an exercise or adjust your reps/weight if you hit the next button. Numerous times I accidentally hit the next button w/ out inputting my data or inputting an incorrect number. I’ve also noticed when I complete a workout the time it states it took me is only between 2-6 mins? I’m not sure if it’s counting my rest time … but regardless, I definitely rest more than 6 mins a workout. So it’s unclear what that number means.

I’d love it if I could input how many reps per leg and how much weight per DB. I’m sort of confused how the app wants me to input everything. If it says 10 e/l do input 10 reps? Or 20? If I’m using dumbbells do I input the weight of one dumbbell or the combined?

App needs to be more flexible. Just a little fine tuning. But the workout plans are fabulous. It’s worth every penny.

Really good WIP

Love Chontel, these workouts and programs are true to form. There are some glitches and improvements, but unlike some other apps out there, I had an amazing experience with the customer service team for this app. They were so nice, helpful, and kept me posted on their progress in fixing my issue. This is getting 5 stars even though some things are still being worked on just for the effort the team is clearly putting in to address concerns.

A bit buggy

I’ve tried the first workout on a 1 week free trial and I think this app has potential to be good, but there are too many bugs and design issues which warrant the monthly cost, compared with other apps which are much slicker.
1- most of my workouts are at home but I can sometimes get to the gym. It would be good if there was an option to to a one off workout from the gym plans without having to switch the whole programme
2 - entering weight and reps is a pain when you have to enter twice to move to next set. Also annoying you can’t scroll back as a few times I accidentally skipped ahead
3- on my 4th round I got stuck on the 4th set and it kept looping back and not moving onto the final bit. This meant I could only end the workout and it did not enter any of my work in the stats section.

Great workouts but app needs work

I love the workouts, but I workout at the gym and sometimes the machines I need aren’t available - it would be helpful to be able to move to the next exercise and then go back to whatever I had to skip. My workouts also keep logging as 3-4 min in total which is definitely a glitch. I’d also love to be able to do some conditioning workouts on demand - I’m on the strength program but sometimes like to change it up. I did Chontal’s program when she was at Sweat so I’m excited to be back with her training, but the app functionality could definitely use some improvement.

Needs Improvement for Better Usability

I’ve been using this fitness app for a few weeks now, and while the exercises are generally good, I’ve found the app itself to be quite difficult to navigate.

First, if you accidentally skip to the next exercise, there’s no way to go back to the one you were meant to be on, which can be really frustrating. There also isn’t much clarity when it comes to the rep count—specifically, when an exercise requires single-arm or single-leg movements. The app just says “reps” without specifying if that’s for each side, leaving some confusion.

Additionally, it’s tough to review the entire workout program before you start. A summary or a clearer overview would be really helpful for planning and making sure you know what to expect.

Overall, the exercises themselves are solid, but the app could definitely use some improvements in terms of navigation, clarity, and pre-workout planning. With a few updates, it could become a much more user-friendly experience.

Unable to view completed workouts

Tried to look at completed workouts and it always says “something went wrong”. Glitchy app & I only just stared today. Have tried multiple times. If this continues I won’t be using the app beyond the 1 week trial.
