Life Changing
It’s rare that I would make the claim that something has changed my life, but with the neurotraining we did with Erin, that’s the best descriptor. From helping my dyslexic son find reading less excruciating to pain reduction for herniated discs, working with Erin has improved our family’s quality of life. Highly recommend.

Erin is the best!
Erin has been my trainer for over 8 years! We’ve been through a lot together. She is a wonderful motivator and celebrates every step towards my goal! Her 12 week program is so awesome! It has lessons on how to unlock the life you have always wanted. I’m 72 years young and I’m still lifting weights!
