Good content Glitchy app
I’ve upgraded to fully paid user and the app continues to ask me to upgrade and some contends are still locked. The support has not been supportive and keeps asking me to log out install and reinstall and the issue is still not fixed. I’d expect a better tech set up for an app that charges premium and I am still without refund.

Rip off
I paid $250 for life time membership so I wouldn’t have to pay every single month. Well it was nice when it lasted. They Fire-walled everything. And I mean EVERYTHING. Without paying for an upgrade I get zilch. I can’t even see the free programs to pick & when I do find something thru word search and try watching the “free” ones I get an error message that says Invalid token. Total waste of $250.

I’ve also deleted the app and reinstalled and the problem still continues. For the price of the fee, I’d expect more seamless experience.

Only a small amount of the content works
I loved this app. But now, only like 5% of the content actually plays. I’m a lifetime member- what the hell did I pay for if nothing works? And you can submit feedback in the app, because that’s blocked. How do we get this fixed? I love the content and desperately want this app to work!
Not working right anymore
It’s an amazing app, that has helped me level up in my career, and inspired ideas and changes in my personal life, but it hasn’t been working right for the past 2 1/2 weeks. I can only access about 30 % of the Innercises. Very disappointing. Please fix it! 👍🏼
Not playing audios
I've been using this app for a while. Upgraded to lifetime subscription. Now only one video is playing all other videos are not playing. Frustrating. Can't contact support team from the app as well.
What Happened
I purchased the lifetime access a couple years ago which was supposed to cover any upgrades.
Now? The app comes up but nothing works. Nothing is playing. When I log in to the website, it says I don’t have access to anything and need to purchase a yearly plan.
Not sure what happened but I loved the app when it worked. I’ll be happy to give it 5 stars if they honor my lifetime purchase.

Can’t access to videos
I can’t access to videos even if I tried to contact the help section. I paid the lifeplan to have all the time. Please have the bug fixed asap
Soulless AI scripts compared to older Innercises
These Innercises feel so sterile and soulless compared to the NeuroGym “Winning The Game Of…” program included Innercises that were real and told stories and used an audio feedback technology that they said stimulates some type of brain activity. I feel so immersed in those Innercises which unfortunately are not included in this app.

Simply amazing
Just started innercizing every day by using this app. I’m so excited to make this a daily habit. I can’t wait to see where my mind set will be at in a year. I exercise my body every day, but have never exercised my mind every day. Love this you won’t be disappointed.COMMIT!
Innercise App
I have been using (and renewing yearly) the Innercise App. Suddenly it’s stopped working — I am paid up through end of February ‘26 but have been unable to access the program for the last several months. Despite several attempts to correct the problem, I have not been successful. Again, it’s a prepaid annual renewal. I am hoping this review may wale someone up !!!!!! Ty !!

Love it but needs work
I love the content of this app. I’ve rated it lower because of some tech issues. It makes me input my name each time I open the app and wants me to start at the beginning. That’s annoying. It also can’t seem to track my total time spent on the meditations. Fix stuff like that and it’s easily a 5 star app.

I started innercising daily and not only did I enjoy the routine, but I started to notice my awareness shift. My blocks seemed more obvious and I could pause and shift my thinking more in the moment. As I did that, my anxiety decreased and I could start to see opportunities in front of me… and I was grounded enough to take them! Since innercising - this has been the most lucrative and grounded year of my life!
