What's New in Neurture

1.0.39

June 22, 2026

Come back to your patterns with less friction. This release makes emotion check-ins easier to review and understand, with clearer history previews, a more focused detail view, and improved disclosure controls around the emotion map. Planning and reflection feel smoother too: Cope Ahead history now opens into a detail modal, journal search and filters are easier to scan, anchor cards have cleaner context, and win history previews show more useful detail. We also polished the practice experience with a calmer breath loader, smoother plan-session resume behavior, haptics on save actions, clearer achievement progress, and fixes for home check-in and bounce-back completion flow edge cases.

Helps me feel less overwhelmed

I feel overwhelmed pretty often, and the Breathwork feature in Neurture honestly helps a lot. Gives me a good guide to using different breathing techniques that are effective and that I didn’t even know about. And the UI itself is pretty calming, which also helps

Reps build strength but Neurture builds growth

This app helped calm my urges and instill the will power to tackle them. I use the app not just as a one time deal but frequently into my daily routine.
