Deserves zero stars

For something that they advertise as so “amazing”, this service has only worked one time successfully for me after countless tries on different days. As a girl, this service seemed to be so nice when they talked about it. I’ve had to walk home past 9pm for 35 minutes because of how awful this service is. The wait times are insane and they take even longer to get you anywhere. This is by far the worst thing campus has to offer and I am so disappointed by it.
