Good offer but sad to not be able to delete accounts
We enjoyed being able to subscribe to share photos with elderly relatives who are not so tech-savvy. I can’t seem to delete a grandparent’s journal after they’ve died. We’re still completing another journal monthly for someone else, but have the accounts popping up as a reminder of the bereavements every time. Shouldn’t be hard to solve?

App never works
I have been paying the monthly fee for a while now and it takes me HOURS to get the app to work. I add the photos and after taking forever to load them - they then disappear. It is maddening, especially when you’re paying a monthly fee and it is advertised as a “5 minute job!!” It has never once worked as it should. Will be looking for an alternative.

Fabulous idea
I have gifted this to my grand parents for Christmas for couple of years and they love it. Gran now moved to a retirement home where they are several elderly getting it monthly from their respective families and I’m hearing it’s a great conversation topic at tea time! It’s super easy to use, and also helps giving life to our conversations when we go visit, it’s just a lovely thing to have.

Please bring back this feature
I just updated the app and I’ve lost the ability to be able to go into a specific album in all the photos I have on my phone to select photos to upload. Please bring that feature back! 🙏

Plus de scroll, je ne peux plus cliquer nul part. Ça fait plusieurs fois que je désinstalle puis réinstalle, l’app fonctionne la première fois puis une fois réouverte, plus rien.
Amazing
I’ve been using Neveo for 2 years to send books to my 93 year old grandmother across the country. She looks forward to them so much and all of her friends that visit ask how to get their family to start sending them. I highly recommend. It’s such a small thing to keep her in the loop and feeling loved and thought about.

Fix those bugs!!
App crashes on all my devices when accessing photo’s. De-installed, installed again, doesn’t fix it.
The website won’t allow me to access the service that way as I am on mobile and I should be using their app.
Great example of developers who don’t use the service themselves and are too “busy” to test their work.

Such a sweet idea for an app, I love it!
I just used this for my first time and it is the most precious thing I’ve ever seen. I know my grandparents will be so emotional over their first paper, they’re going to LOVE it!! With all the social distancing, my grandparents are really missing our big family that they’re used to always seeing so this is just perfect!! I highly recommend this app!!

Easy to use and friendly excellent customer service! I just wish they have harder paper( hard cover would be great!) ones but it’s okay. It’s like a magazine with your photos. I love the idea. Try it!

Pretty easy to use and my grandmother is really happy to get so many pictures she can look anytime she wants.
She has a tablet but being far away, it’s always a problem to help her operate the tablet so she can actually see the pictures. This journal is better.
Every time I got an issue, they help me out, even when it was my fault. First time, I put the wrong postal code, they reprinted it. One time an unknown problem happened and some pictures were not in the right ratio. They refund it.
About the quality, you can’t find better for that price, in fact, I’m very impressed. Better than that, it’s a book but it’s expensive!
Better choose landscape format and brighter pictures and voilà, you are good to go.

I don’t like how I didn’t order anything and they took money off anyways
Very bad experience
I’m so glad this is over, I subscribed for a year for 4 users. They messed up with payments, it was technical bugs after technical bugs, for a few albums I was not able to download all the pictures, for others I was not able to write the comments, one of my family member would receive the album one month later, every month sometimes even more. I opened a ticket each time but there was no technical resolution. They renew automatically the subscriptions so I cancel 2 of the albums before they renew it automatically, thinking that I’ll still be able to do my last 2 albums: It is not the case. I was told that when I subscribed annually, they applied a discount so I won’t get any reimbursement, which is OK, but I should be able to do the last albums.
But as they say : There is nothing they can do about it.
Great concept but that’s it.

Loves It and makes my future journal
I bought two subscriptions, one for my mother and another for a dear older friend. They love it. It is so worth the money. I had been gone overseas for a year and a half. Mom saved them all. She gave them back to me and I suddenly realized I now had a beautiful picture journal for me, too. We got two birds with one stone!

Brilliant idea but fatally flawed
I want to love this app because there is such a need for what they are offering but I ordered my first album in September and now it’s almost December and my grandma has yet to receive any of her albums. They desperately need to add shipment tracking since the majority of the time these are being sent to elderly in nursing homes. I keep holding on hoping that each month it will get straightened out but so far custom service just keeps telling me it should be there soon. Such a disappointment.

I cannot believe why pictures are not uploaded in chronological order
I’ve used this app for 9 months now, I wrote various emails about this issue and they continue telling me it will be sorted ojt
It’s so annoying taking in account that is a picture magazine and you obviously want the pictures of the same event together, I received an email telling me the order is of “size of image” seriously? Really?
WHO IN THE EARH WANTED AN ALBUM WITH PICTURES ORDERED BY SIZE?
