Terrible customer service
Ordered pizza n app through app. Given a pick up time of 6:30. Got there n they never even started order. Takes 40 minutes to get there. Cancelled order. Was irritated they couldn’t call n tell me. Next day Owner said it was because they were busy n couldn’t call. Said it was bcuz of Bears game, “which they won” I ordered at 5:45? Game started after 8. He wasn’t even there to help his employees. Went to another restaurant n got a call at 8:15 that my order was ready for pick up. Owner said they were keeping it warm. So out of touch n horrible customer service. Will not ever go back!

Credit Card Trouble
I’ve tried multiple locations & different days but the app won’t let me use a credit card. Keeps saying “We’re unable to verify your card. Please contact your bank for details.” I did call my bank and they’ve said everything is fine on their end. App used to work fine until some time after May 18th since that was the last time I used it with no problems.

Cannot log in
Can no longer log in, changed password still won’t let me log in. Have had nothing but problems with this app ever since they changed from the old one! We hardly order from Aurelio’s anymore because of this!
Best Pizza
I’ve lived in Tinley Park for 40 years and Aurelio’s has always been our go-to for consistently good thin crust pizza. The sauce is so good with a hint of sweetness, great sausage and the combination of cheeses makes for a great pizza.
Broken Update
I just updated the app. I can no longer access the Aurelio’s I use, Palos Heights,IL. It’s grayed out! So I’ll order my pizza from the other pizza place nearby.

Won’t take password and updating password doesn’t work. Waste of time
Cannot Redeem Points via App
This app is easy to use, but it doesn’t allow you to redeem points. You have to call the location to accomplish that task. It takes a few tries to add a new credit card, but once it finally accepts your card, everything goes fairly smooth
My first time ordering online from Aurelio’s Pizza
This was my first time ordering from Aurelio’s Pizza using their app. It was very confusing. I picked “whole” pizza for the topping since I only wanted one topping. It gave me a +1 when I selected Pepperoni and I clicked “Apply” but then it didn’t do anything it took me right back to “whole” pizza or “half” pizza. I don't know how many times I kept going back to make sure that the pepperoni topping, I picked, was applied. It doesn’t take you to another screen to show you what you ordered. It keeps taking you back to “whole” or “half” pizza as if you hadn’t applied anything. Instead of placing a check mark in the topping box of the toppings you want, it adds a -1 or +1 (after selection). So every time I clicked on pepperoni it kept increasing in number. I think I had it up to +5, was I supposed to click on how many pepperonis to add?

Love the New App
Ordering is a breeze. The prices are displayed and customization and points are easy to apply. Great upgrade!
Loose All Your History
This “new” app won’t allow any past order history to be retained. You also loose all your points for free pizza.

Way to hard to do simple things
Worst pizza place app of any I’ve ever used
What happened?
I can’t log in now. If I click “Forgot Password”, it doesn’t recognize my email. If I create a new account, it won’t accept my phone number for the loyalty rewards.
Pizza is great. The app is awful.
I ordered through the app with a pickup time. When I went to pick up my order, I was told the pizza wasn’t even in the oven yet, and it would be another 45 minutes. Apparently, the app doesn’t account for how busy the restaurant is. So again, the restaurant is great. The food is great. The app needs some help.

Best pizza in Vegas!
This is my favorite place to get pizza in Vegas. They have the best toppings around, and the sauce is by far the best in town!!!
