Ordered a dress tues afternoon opted for next day delivery as have a wedding reception this evening (Thursday) and it’s still not arrived!!! Why give the option for next day if you’re not going to deliver next day !!!

The app keeps logging me out, keeps having “errors” with my wishlist, so much so I’ve had to restart my wishlist countless times over the years. It’s annoying, the amount of times I save a dress in my wishlist or bag, only to be told to log back in AGAIN and the error message pops up. Stop it!

I’ve been shopping at new look since 1996 both for myself and my 2 (Now adult) Daughters and they too shop with you. Love the variety, love the styles and love the colours 😊 New look is my go to.

I love fashion shopping, but the drawback is I can’t see any of the clothing LOL. it will be really helpful if clothing was categorised as soon as you went onto the app into T-shirts, trousers, jeans, jackets, et cetera(a bit more specific than it is at the moment). a full description of the colour style length et cetera of the clothing would be really helpful to people that can’t see the pictures. You’re doing a great job New Look but please remember us girls with no site or poor site like to look trendy too X
