They’re careless with your personal data
The new bank that took over for the old NMB&T was careless transferring data over and started sending my info to the wrong address and the wrong email. If they’re that careless with your data, can they be trusted with a secure app?

Zelle doesn’t work
I am supposed to receive a payment through Zelle but the “Send with Zelle” button does nothing. Or anything regarding Zelle. Frustrating. Online “help” documentation and videos regarding the usage of Zelle are useless.
Remote Check Deposit
The remote check capture feature is so frustrating. Just as you get your pictures snapped of front and back and are ready to click submit, it logs you out. I tried five times last night to deposit a check. This is not the first time to struggle with this.
Transfer of money impossible
There is a link to transfer money but when you try to add to who it’s impossible to add anything app or website.
App is horrible
I am so sick and tired of this app. It is very temperamental and does not work half the time. I am seriously thinking of going to a different bank that has equipment that actually works.
Worst banking app ever!
This app never works as advertised. Crashes, can't load account details consistently, even customer service numbers in the app are met with dead air or error messages. It's 2016 figure it out already, fire your Dev Team and get a new one if needed but whomever built this app needs to go back to school!

Pretty bad
Compared to other banking apps, this one is clumsy. It's slow loading, the interface is awkward, it crashes frequently-- somewhere along the way I lost the ability to deposit checks from my phone. Not so savvy if you ask me.
Doesn't work with my 4S
I loved the previous edition. The new app does not work on my 4S. In particular the I can't set a date on the bill pay. This renders the bill pay portion completely useless. I would give 0 stars if I could.
Huge Downgrade
The new App may have bill pay, but is a huge step down from the previous version.
Not only is the interface sluggish and cumbersome. But the lack of a check deposit feature, has guaranteed that I will no longer be using NMBT as my bank. It's a pity that they had to screw up a good thing.

Great Improvement
Great improvement from the old App. Love that I can make a deposit from my iPad. Just remember that you need to enable the mobile deposit feature from your computer before you can utilize the function on your device.
