So Bad.
Takes forever to open. Often logs you out for no reason. Doesn’t store your password (and your password has to be minimum 12 characters - more than nearly every banking app in the world…which, this is not). Doesn’t offer you a digital card to store in your phones wallet. Probably the worst store/club card to ever exist.

Embarrassing!!
Ahhh yes. Another poorly designed app, horrible rewards and terrible customer experience but still being forced to join to even place an order. This launch is an absolute disaster! Signing up to an account is impossible, receive my code, put in my new password, untick communications box, then I go to submit it and I get "something went wrong" ALL DAMN DAY! I'm just trying to order my groceries! No one at your call centre can help and it's not like I can use my old login can I?....... Why touch something that was working fine? but more to the point, why prevent paying customers from shopping at your business!? The worst part is foodstuffs was aware of the issues a month before but still proceeded to launch it without fixing it! You had a golden opportunity to be better than Woolworths and you could even work that out! Let's hope this third player comes in fast!

Personal information gathering
This app collects personal information at its greatest. It’s ridiculous they want your full name, email address, phone number, email verification, complex passwords plus PIN numbers just to use a SHOPPING APP! I’ve since deleted my account and the app. Goodbye

Trying to sign in following every instruction to set up a password to no avail, kinda frustrating folks.
Unstable garbage
How do they make it this bad and this unstable? It works, sometimes, maybe, sometimes. Just hopeless.
Use website instead
Barcode keeps disappearing from widget and no ability to add to wallet like Woolworths app. joined club plus and now get stuck in wrong password, forgot password, too many tries loop. Waste of time and useless. Website works fine and I’m signed in. Hopefully app will be improved and an easy option for scanning digital card added.

Widget still keeps logging out
The widget for displaying your Club card barcode keeps logging out after a day or two. No signs of this being fixed despite reporting it multiple times for over a year. That includes this new Club+ release and after fully deleting old app and data to reset it.

I completed a 2-week new world dollar mission, but the bonus dollars never arrived. This always used to be instant before your recent app updates. Now, support is ignoring my emails, and the phone line is unreachable. Your software development issues shouldn't be a burden for loyal users. Please fix this glitch and credit my missing dollars.

Had to reinstall to get club card working again
At checkout the club card feature just showed a blank screen, tried restarting it but it didn’t work. Had to reinstall later to get it working - frustratingly cost a decent amount of money without the club card discount for that shop.

The latest update breaks the club card functionality, in that the club card barcode no longer displays.

The app would work for a little while, but then it suddenly stopped working, and now just tells me I have no internet connection no matter where I am, even if I have data on.

App has completely stopped working for 3 days keeps saying Network error even on WiFi and data, I‘ve tried uninstalling it, restarting my phone, force closing it, it has the most recent update and still won’t work, can’t even order my groceries absolutely ridiculous. It’s pretty much completely shut down on me can’t even use my clubcard.

All of a sudden, when I click on scan clubcard, I just get a grey screen. Please fix it.
