Unsatisfied shopping experience
Never make any complain, but this is classic. I Made order and got only half of my order, then offer to refund less than half of what I spend. Its very unfair, and as a customer, I lose my money and not get my goods 👎. Never again shop from them ☹️

Love Once it. It would be great to see more of a variety of clothes brands and mix of categories each day. Free shipping for clothing at times would be great too.
You could maybe think about having a spin wheel like those Temu and SHEIN sites have now. It could be extra 5 or 10% off, free shipping, free credit or better luck next time.
