Poor and entirely unusable
Ever since club card the ap has become entirely unusable on my iPad and cellphone. It is so inconvenient to have to use a computer to do my shopping. Disappointing and archaic.

Used to be good
It was a great app before but now just won’t open, regardless of what I do. Have uninstalled and reinstalled, updated etc etc. Maybe it’s linked to the Club+ fiasco, I don’t know. It won’t stop loading when I click on it. Even customer service couldn’t help - as suggested by the app developer.

It won’t start
Whenever I launch the app it just says internet error, can’t use its been like this for a month.
Forget it
You can not use this app (or the New World one or the Club+ app) offline simply to scan the barcode.
Foodstuffs (NZ) makes you have your phone connected to the internet 24/7 just to scan a barcode that acts as a key to their systems. Nothing more.
Yes….if you need to do online shopping or check points , then you need to connect BUT to simply scan a barcode you are shut out….unlike the Woolworths Everyday Rewards app that WILL open and let you scan the barcode. Even Z Energy and the Caltex apps allow for this.
