Used to be good
It was a great app before but now just won’t open, regardless of what I do. Have uninstalled and reinstalled, updated etc etc. Maybe it’s linked to the Club+ fiasco, I don’t know. It won’t stop loading when I click on it. Even customer service couldn’t help - as suggested by the app developer.

Tweaks
Would be so handy to be able to edit items in the shopping list to different categories. For example, when an item goes to “other” category automatically, you can then edit it to move to the category you want to like “baking supplies” etc.

Store Selection
The app displays the nationwide list of products available, not necessarily what's available in the local selected store.
SOLUTION:-
Once you have selected your local or preferred store, can't it then display what's in that store so that the selected items are readily available from that store!

Worst app design EVER
I literally cannot even open the app, it is that bad. Have been trying for a MONTH, comes up with loading error and will not let me open!!! Have tried downloading, deleting all data etc. To the point where I’ve spent hundreds at other retailers PURELY because this app is constantly down and glitchy.

Such an annoying app
Frequently get errors and can’t add things to the cart… and if you spend ages adding things only to not be able to check out due to errors it’s a real waste of time
Why does this still not include your scan and go barcode???
Great shopping app that is basically a clone of the New World app but it should also include the option to view your scan and go QR code so you don’t have to carry a physical card. They’ve done this for the New World rewards card so why not here too?

Not good
Not a good app. Searching for an item drinks up the most random unrelated items. The deals on the app aren’t the same as on the website, it only shows 1/4 of the deals on the app. I usually need to use the website version so I can see what deals are on that week. Would be so handy if the app was improved to make shopping easier

Shockingly bad app
App is almost unusable to me. Can’t filter by organic items struggle to filter in general. A search for olive oil pulls up salmon canned in olive oil before it pulls up actual bottles of olive oil. What is going on?? Get with it!
Add shop n’ go
Now that you removed the Shop n’ Go as a separate app integrate it to this app ASAP
Add Clubcard to app
Unless I’m missing something it’s a shame it doesn’t have the Clubcard on the app like New World does
Great app
Really like this app, easy to use, great for comparing prices, replacement handling is good if out of stock, like the checkout reminders.
Reconsider UX
With all do respect, the App lacks best practices of UX and is not user friendly. A few examples from the top of my head:
1. Can’t add products to the cart in bulk from my Favourite list. If I tick the product for some reason the app moves it to the bottom of the list but doesn’t allow to add it to the cart.
2. Lots of unnecessary additional clicks required to action a simple task.
3. The search bar in my favourite list doesn’t search the list! It useless! Imagine I have 300+ products saved, how do I find them?
4. Edit button is at the bottom of the cart list. Have to scroll all the way down.
And so on and so on.
All of these is very frustrating.

Glitching
Usually the app is ok to use- but lately every time I scroll my cart, it glitches & I have to refresh the whole app every 2 minutes to review my items before placing my order. Super hard on the eyes- app might need bug fixes or improvements please.
Recommended
I'm using the App to do Click and Collect. This is a time saver and very easy to use.

Would not recommend unless you’re the only person in your household using it.
My partner and I both use the app at the same time on 2 or more devices. The idea is that we can both edit the shopping list throughout the week before we then place the order.
The app doesn’t like this and locks me out every single time for security reasons. I get where you’re coming from, but other apps I’ve used don’t seem to have this issue.
To be able to simultaneously use the app is important. I don’t want to have to check every time I try to use the app, if my partner has logged out. Or having to call every time I get locked out.
At the moment the app is achieving the opposite of what I imagine the service is based on, wasting my time.

Does not present well on iPad
I use this app on my phone, no trouble. On an iPad however, it is just a bigger version of the iPhone version so it is a tiny thing and has not been adapted for iPad use. Pretty stink.
