Useless app
Hard to even log in. Needs serious work. Not sure why they launched this app / program that has so many flaws

Why is there no option to add the card to the Apple wallet. A real shortcoming.
Don’t even bother
A completely useless app. Have spent literally days trying to get this app to work. The problems start from the very beginning - the log in. You will have to reset the login several times and if you get lucky, it may let you access your account. But then when you think you have it all sorted, you open it at the checkout, it asks for your password(which is saved on iPhone) and it rejects it. A truly horrific experience, and I have given up. Shopping elsewhere.

Don’t bother
I have tried multiple times to have ANYONE from Club+ contact me to no avail. The app simply DOES NOT work. No matter how many times I have changed the password or installed/uninstalled the app. Don’t bother with it, absolutely zero care factor or support

Every review is read and considered by a real person. Unfortunately, there isn’t enough information here for us to suggest specific steps. Please try resetting your password on the Club+ website first and confirm you can log in through your web browser before trying the app again. We are also currently restricting traffic from outside New Zealand as a security measure, and we are working to remove this restriction soon.
