Attended the NYCFC match with a Korean community group, and the energy was incredible.
It wasnโt just watching a game โ it felt like a full experience with organized cheering, families, kids, and a strong sense of community.
The halftime group photo on the field was a special moment, and the atmosphere we created really stood out.
Looking forward to building even bigger moments together in the future!

New York is Blue and White
New York is blue and white !!! Love the app between managing my city account as well as watching and keeping track of the games I canโt go to. I feel like Iโm still part of the experience.
Fix widgets (and respond to app feedback!)
Club shields havenโt displayed properly in widgets for almost four months now, when using clear or tinted icons. Iโve submitted feedback several times, and thereโs zero indicate that feedback goes anywhere, and the widget is still broken.

I was only a basketball fan but NYCFC has changed me also into a soccer fan. Love going to the games and sitting in the stands, cold or not! I have never been to a basketball game!
Doom Loops
I try to access my tickets and I am signed in, then it asks me to sign in again. When I sign in again, it puts me back to the main screen. Start all over again. I tried cancelling my ticket listing and same thing. I tried exchanging tickets and same thing. Not the easiest app to like.

Clunky App
The app is slow, clunky, & glitchy for me. I need it for accessing match tickets & always makes me re-log in & has problems linking to Ticketmaster & doesnโt load a lot of the time.

This app is absolute trash. It signs me out every time I close the app. Then it never updates. Itโs showing my tickets that happened over a month ago.
Spam notifications
While getting live score updates is great, unfortunately the club abuses notifications to send irrelevant Wendyโs advertisements
Not that bad
Not much excitement in the app and notifications. If they win there is no letโs go or good job it just says the score and then final. Same with the notifications, if there is a goal it just says goal then the score not who scored it or when they scored it
