Useless update
I have an app to track my fitness. The Nysc app is used to sign up for classes and to access my membership card. Stop integrating ai into your product, stop charging more every month and adding stuff to the app that nobody asked for. The updated app is confusing, I cannot search for classes easily, and it’s an eyesore to have tons of fitness data (steps, workouts and other metrics) on an app where I just want to sign up for classes or get my barcode.

Cant log in
Been a BSC (bought by NYSC) member for 20 years. Legacy account and cant log in. Account creation / pwd recovery journey broken.
Not working
App not sending verification email. Reached out to club. No solution. Will cancel membership.
The app makes the simple impossible
The app has so much potential, particularly the workout videos that are free to members. However, something as simple as a list of each exercise within the workout video or a brief description of the workout is completely absent. You have to click “play” and speed through the entire video to see the actual exercises involved and if the workout requires any equipment. For those who have their fitness watch or other health apps connected to the NYSC app, clicking “play” automatically logs the workout as completed and it messes up my fitness metrics if I don’t manually delete the exercise from my daily activity on the app.
Something so simple is made so so complicated - why did they even go through the trouble of filming these workout videos and adding these to their app if they aren’t going to make it easy to engage with. I’m better off just going to YouTube of MyFitnessPal. Waste of a feature that has potential but loses money for both customer and the NYSC company.

App not working
It’s been over a month and the app will not load past the “Add to Wallet” prompt….
Would think that would be a priority to troubleshoot and fix.

app is nonfunctional
Joined yesterday and tried to set up the app. I get to the add membership to wallet and then it just hangs there and refuses to move forward or backwards. I’ve deleted the app, I’ve turned my phone off and back on, I’ve reset my password and nothing works.
No Access
You can’t get pass adding pass to your wallet. SMH for as expensive as it is at lease fix the app
App Stopped Working with New Membership Type
I changed my membership type and am now unable to do anything except it forces you to turn on notifications, which I hate. Then it asks you to add the membership to your wallet. And it freezes there. You can add it dozens of time, but the screen never moves. I spent 1/2 hour at the front desk of a club. They couldn’t fix it. Three people tried. They sent a message to corporate. I can’t use my membership. Vile.

My First Meet Today With A Trainer To See What I Needed And Expected In Joining My Time Was Set At 3:00pm I Got There 2:30 Signed In Sat And Waited For Trainer Tic He Seen Me Waiting At 3:10 He Called Me Into The Office Started With I Texted You ??? I Don’t Remember Seeing Your Text He Said Why Would You Lie You Seen It (Why Would I Lie ??)Then Said He Doesn’t See People At 3:00pm (Why Would You’ll Make An Appointment At 3:00pm Then)Wasted My Time Very Unprofessional No Respect For Me Or My Time Will Go To PureGym For A Trainer

Can’t scan, can sign up for classes, just completely useless and the staff at the gym are even more so.
Buggy, doesn’t work with lastpass
going to the account section to check my balance reliably crashes the all. i also am unable to sign in with lastpass whenever i’m signed out because (i guess?) the password reset dialog is in one domain and the app is in another

Cannot update personal details
What more can I say? Trying to enter a cell phone number (with no other changes) and system INSISTS I must change “highlighted fields” - even though the highlighted fields already have correct info in the correct format (like my date of birth).

You should be able to cancel your membership on the app or at least website like with every other subscription service. I should not have to make a phone call to prevent money from leaking out of my bank account due to an inactive gym membership.
Broken internet login at start.

They took a minimally useful apl that told you the gym locations and hours, and made it a complete waste of space app that actually makes you stupider
Can’t see videos or interact with app
App is completely useless. There is no tech support. I can’t see videos, earn badges, record workouts etc. No one answers chat. No one is willing to help. iPhone 15 pro. Deleted and reinstalled app a number of times. Why have an app?
