Great app!
I really enjoy the variety of exercises and I like the voice of the narrator. 新的任務和獎勵也大大推動我每天練習。若果可以調校錄音播放進度就更好了🙏🏻10分鐘身體掃描練習最後好像cut了幾秒。靜心語錄請放大顯示。

APP啲錄音必須按app指定的次序聽，先可以解鎖全部錄音。幾年前我參加過這裡的MBCT，在之前未update的app已聽哂所有課堂錄音，但我更新app後，啲錄音又要重新聽過，先可以自由聽返啲錄音，實在太麻煩了。簡直浪費我時間。而且嗰app成日function唔到，過一陣唔入個app又要login返，勁驚個app又洗哂我啲紀錄，令我又要重新聽一次啲錄音。
好app, 如果可以連同apple health,計到我使用app的時間在Apple Health內的mindful mins 就更好

真的十分有幫助，前段時間無論上學或生活的壓力都十分大，但這個app幫助我在面對這些壓力時能及時調整自己的狀態，透過調節自己的呼吸，思維及日常習慣，使我生活更能放鬆自己的情緒。十分有意義的app

Can never use the app with Apple ID sign-in so why bother putting out this option
