Newport bus!!!
Everyday I go to school on the bus and love to tracking the bus especially in winter when it’s colder so I don’t have to leave my house until it’s nearly at my stop!!!
Great App!
This app is better than most other bus apps out there at the moment. The only two things I’d love to see implemented is being able to buy single fare tickets, and adding your e tickets to your Apple wallet. Otherwise amazing app!
Application crashes
I've been experiencing frequent app crashes, especially when trying to log in or register a card. It would be great if these issues could be addressed for a smoother user experience. The UI and UX of the app could use some significant improvements. Navigating and using the app is quite challenging and not very user-friendly and that’s probably because it’s missing a lot of tabs which restricts navigation.

Quite simply doesn’t have the correct information
If you compare other bus apps to this one you’ll see this app has awful accuracy for buses, their routes, times, stops. Awful app that failed at the first hurdle. Get all bus companies info for start bays and stops for gods sake!
No Internet connection
App claims I have no internet connection when I quite obviously do. App always opens with stops showing even if turned off.
About time!
About time we get an app to use on the buses, only thing that would make this better is the ability to buy single fares not just day tickets and monthly’s
