Useless
The buses on the map often just seem to float around or appear to be going in the wrong direction. Therefore you have no real idea if the bus is coming at all. Might as well use a crystal ball!
Good app but doesn't have non Newport bus so useless
Good app but doesn't have non Newport bus so useless. Where I live a stagecoach bus also goes Into Newport but this app doesn't show it. So it's pointless using a travel app that dies by give you all options.
Worst app I’ve ever used
I don’t understand why we have to go from a semi-decent bus app to the worst thing I’ve ever used and seen. It looks vile and makes all the simple feature of the old app more complex for absolutely no reason at all.
lacking in functionality.
A new app was introduced this morning, and naturally, navigating it feels unfamiliar. The issue is that it should be simple to use without any hassle, especially since it’s a vital tool for bus travel. This morning, I tried to find a bus route. While I managed to locate the bus number, I ended up completely stuck, unable to figure out how to view the route in the opposite direction. After spending half an hour experimenting with the app, I have to say it hasn’t been an improvement for me. It looks visually appealing, but unfortunately, I find it lacking in functionality.

Missing tickets
It doesn’t seem to transfer across an existing ticket, despite using the same login details. Looks good though.
