The worst
Forced to use this app due to the parking situation in Newport. It would not let me end my parking season and has been running since yesterday apparently. Can’t contact any support or development team. Detailing worst app I’ve used in a long time. Hopefully someone reaches out soon so I can ensure this is resolved.

I used this app today to park in Newport. The only reason I used it was because the only spot I could find required it. I selected 1 hour parking as I was only going to go to a couple shops and leave. I ended my parking when I left but clearly something went wrong with the app because all of a sudden I get a bunch of notifications telling me my parking has been extended. I open it up and it shows I’m still parked. I immediately end and am now out $50 instead of $10 for my one hour!
